I don't know what the name means (look it up! I'm sorry, I'll look it up soon), but it's held on the last Saturday of every month.
The event hasn't been held for a while due to the epidemic illness, but recently the illness has settled down, so it is being held as before.
This time, on the last Saturday of January, I participated in this event with my son.

Nairobi Bicycle Circumstances
Recently, even in Nairobi, bicycle paths have been set up on the sidewalks of the main streets, and it seems that bicycles are gradually gaining citizenship.
However, there are few roads with bicycle paths and promenades, and even if they are, they are interrupted in some places, and it is far from when children can ride their bicycles and go somewhere safely.
Well, it's hard to say that Japan is safe, but it's much better than this country.
Even on weekends, I started seeing sports cyclists here and there in Nairobi.
It seems that the number is increasing little by little year by year.
Meanwhile, the caretaker himself has been riding a bicycle for about 7 kilometers from his house to the city of Nairobi since last year's illness began.
This, coupled with the nice climate in Nairobi, makes me feel really good.
Furthermore, traffic jams are not so important for going back and forth in the city, so it saves a lot of time!

A caretaker who has always loved to ride a bicycle
Even in Japan, I recently bought a wheel bag, and when I returned to Japan, I went out for a little about 100km by bicycle. Mainly around Tokyo and Okutama.
When I was a student, I used to ride a bicycle around Hokkaido x 2 and run from Tokyo to Date in Fukushima prefecture (300km) in a day. Naturally, I used to ride a bicycle on the 10km ridiculous school road. As expected, I use the train on rainy days.
Even Nairobi, the caretaker who likes to move bicycles, couldn't stop when he started riding a bicycle.
Nairobi is a perfect day for cycling all year round
Nairobi has a nice climate, it's neither cold nor hot, and you can run comfortably with short sleeves all year round.
The climate of Nairobi is the best, and the weather of cycling in Japan continues all year round.
There is no reason why bicycles are not fun in such an environment.
It was a manner of the driver's bicycle that I was worried about, but when I actually ride it, it seems to be better than Japan.
I often feel that I am riding a bicycle in Japan, but I feel that many car drivers are frustrated.
It seems that the Japanese mind is sick enough to talk about road rage, which is unthinkable here.
When I ride a bicycle in Japan, I often feel that it is dangerous and I often move out to the sidewalk.
I'm pretty angry when I'm intentionally pulling in a car, or when I'm behind the car, I intentionally apply a sudden brake.
I always felt that Japan was a country where stress was easily accumulated and I was sick.
I have never experienced such a dangerous thing on a bicycle in this country.
Kenyan driver, you're not that sick.
Until recently, I rarely used to ride a bicycle to the city of Nairobi because there are quite a few elevation differences in Nairobi.
When I looked it up, it was about 7 kilometers from my house to the city, and the altitude difference was 110 meters.
The average gradient is 15 per mil, which is not a big deal.
When I actually ran, it was quite difficult at the beginning of the run, but as I ran, I began to feel that the slope was moderate.
The journey from home to the city is a much gentler downhill, and it takes about 20 minutes with almost no rowing.
Downhill alone is not an exercise.
The fun is the uphill on the way home, and of course you have to do this to move forward.
I feel like I'm riding a bicycle when I climb.
Climbing an altitude difference of 110 meters is a good high-altitude training and puts a moderate load on cardiopulmonary function because it is a pandemic, wearing a mask and riding a bicycle.
Before that, at a high altitude of 1700 meters, the air was already 17 percent below sea level.
What's the discount with a mask? Is it about 3000 meters above sea level?
In such an environment, my physical condition improves as I ride my bicycle up and down the slope repeatedly. Now, it seems that you can always take it at the Kilimanjaro mountain climbing location.
It was another year ago, but in May, I climbed Kilimanjaro on a Fuji-affiliated program called Carpooling.
At that time, I was working for an NGO, and when I was sick, I think I was considerably weakened.
Climbing Kilimanjaro wasn't hard, but it wasn't easy either.
At that time, I climbed not the highest peak, Uhuru Peak, but the Gilman's Peak on the side.
When I climbed further forward, it seemed that I had a lot of physical strength, so I could climb easily.
Aiming for the summit before sunrise, he climbed on his own tripod instead of a slammed porter.
Very early before sunrise, I climbed to the top of the mountain, about 3rd ride.
I was able to take a good picture of sunrise at the summit, but I had to wait three hours for other staff to climb at the summit.
At the summit of 5895 meters, the temperature is below freezing for a while even after the sun rises, and it's cold, so I just put my feet in my shoes and repeat "goo, par, goo, par".
I climbed on my usual shoes at that time with three layers of thick socks, but it was cold.

That's about the memory story.
Occasionally, I go to the city by bicycle with my eldest son, but recently he has begun to climb uphill on his way home.
His body is getting bigger and he is getting stronger to see and see.
After this event, I climbed 7km from the city to my house and 110m above sea level.
The round trip from the house to the venue and the 40km of the event combined make a total of 54km, which is quite a thing.
By the way, when I participated last year, on the way home, his son was physically fit and walked on a bicycle to climb.

I went back and forth between the front and back of the group for a 40km journey, but thanks to the usual ups and downs of the slope, my body was full of energy until the end.
It seems that if you use the machine and body properly, you will get better and better.
Am I the only one who feels like an electric bicycle or a human-destroying weapon in a sense? If you say that, it's all right.
I feel that it only accelerates my body to break.
The manager thought that such a thing should be used after it was absolutely necessary.

However, riding a bicycle is good cardiopulmonary, but if you do that, your knees and other joints will weaken, so you will sometimes walk to the city.
If you are empty-handed, the burden is light, so carry some luggage on your back to put a little more load on it.
This also feels good.
